As you are aware DGFT has authorized CAPEXIL to monitor the export of Sawn Timber made exclusively out of imported teak logs subject to conditions as specified in DGFT Public Notice No.20-ETC (PN) 92-97 dated 17th May 1993.

To keep up with the Government of India initiative for Digital India and keeping in view the difficulties faced by the exporters, CAPEXIL decided to do away with the present manual system of issuance of Sawn Timber Certification and decided to introduce an online system for issuance of Sawn Timber Certification.
